Carlisle Travel Management is a family owned and operated business. Our management team has extensive experience in global businesses across a range of industries, including Apparel, Technology, Automotive and Insurance. In addition, much of our staff are travel industry veterans who have lived through the many changes in corporate travel first hand and have been instrumental in leading with innovative ideas and service offerings that enable our clients to succeed.

Jack Saxe - President
He has been president of Carlisle Travel Management for 21 years. Prior to his tenure at Carlisle, Jack Saxe was Vice president of Sales & Marketing for one of the world's largest jean manufacturers running a successful division for that company.
Ellen Saxe - Vice President, Carlisle Incentives
With over 35 years experience in the motivational and incentive industry, Ellen is truly the back-bone of Carlisle Incentives. Ellen began her career in the travel industry in the mid-70's running group tours to Europe. Having a keen business acumen, her career quickly took a turn when she started selling incentive travel for one of the largest incentive travel company's in the mid-west. After three years of working for someone else, she branched out on her own and started Carlisle Incentives as a separate division of Carlisle Travel Management. Today, Ellen is responsible for the entire Incentives department, using her vast knowledge of the industry, destinations, and program administration to guide both our employees and our clients on how to run the most unique, cost effective and efficient incentive programs in the industry. In addition, she also serves on the Meeting Advisory Board of Intercontinental Hotels.
Jerry Saxe - Vice President, Sales
Jerry, an industry veteran with over 15 years experience is responsible for Carlisle's Corporate sales department including all new business and account management activities. Jerry has been in the travel and incentive business for most of his career working with both large and small agencies on both coasts. His creativity and work ethic have been some of the key drivers in shaping Carlisle's business during his tenure. Jerry holds a BSBA in General Business from the University of Arizona and currently resides in Los Angeles County with his wife and three children.
Kevin Saxe - Vice President, Business Development
Kevin is responsible for heading up Carlisle's Business Development activities including strategic relationships and partnerships, incentive sales, marketing initiatives, and technology. Kevin has a varied background in technology including software sales, localization, and marketing. Most recently Kevin served as Vice President of Sales and Business Development at INT'L.com, leading their sales department for their online division. Previous to INT'L.com, Kevin was Founder and President of CafeNet, the worlds first network of coin-operated Internet terminals. Kevin has significant experience in running and growing a sales organization for both small and large companies and has worked in both the travel industry and technology over the past 15 years. Kevin holds a BSBA in Business and Entrepreneurship from the University of Arizona and currently lives in the San Francisco Bay Area.
